Quality Policy
The Company requires its Quality System to be maintained to the latest edition of ISO 9001 and, that within the System, all
persons in the organisation shall endeavour to ensure that the services the Company provides, conform to the Customers
requirements as stated in the contract/order.
These objectives are to be attained by ensuring that all the procedures through the functions of sales, planning and service
delivery are properly monitored and, by aiming to achieve an installation and distribution service that complies not only
with BDC’s procedures and current legislation, but will also ensure that contracts are processed to meet Customer
expectations and requirements at all times.
Continuous improvements of the Quality System are identified via a framework of planned management reviews,
Company/market place evaluation and the encouragement of feedback from all employees in order to satisfy our
Customer’s aspirations whilst meeting our statutory and regulatory obligations.
The Company’s Quality Policy, objectives and goals for Quality Assurance contained in the total Quality System, as defined
in the documented Quality System, shall be continually monitored to ensure all processes remain effective al all times.
